For care services & emergency call providers

As benefits in kind, German long-term care insurance pays up to €796 a month at care grade 2, €1,497 at grade 3, €1,859 at grade 4 and €2,299 at grade 5 (§ 36 SGB XI). The service bills the fund directly; anything above that you pay yourself.
From care grade 1 the fund can cover the basic tariff as a technical care aid if you live alone or are largely alone during the day and an emergency could happen at any time. Since 1 April 2026 the basic tariff is €27 net a month; how much is covered depends on the provider's contract with your fund.
Basic listings come from publicly available Google Places data (as of Oct 2026) and were strictly filtered: only home care services, day care centres, emergency call providers, care advice and everyday support are included, no nursing homes, hospitals, doctors or pharmacies. Providers can claim, update or remove their listing.
