Important: we do not forward customer enquiries and do not promise orders. You pay for visibility and a complete profile, not for contacts.

- We check details and proof (e.g. care contract), usually within a few working days.
- Your listing goes live; for Premium you then receive the invoice.

Questions from providers
Will you forward enquiries to me?
No. We do not forward enquiries to providers and we do not sell leads. Visitors see your profile and contact you directly, by phone or, with Premium, via your linked website.
How do I pay?
The basic listing is free. Premium (€149 per year) and Premium+ (€349 per year) are invoiced after we have checked your details. There is no commission and no fee per contact.
Which service types can I show on my profile?
Anything you can prove: home care and intensive care with a care contract or approval, day care, emergency call, care advice or recognised everyday support services. Please provide your institution code (IK) or care contract; we check details before publishing.
My business is already listed. What now?
Claim the listing using the button on your profile. You can then correct details, add a description and book a premium package if you wish.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Premium packages run for 12 months and only renew if you confirm. The basic listing stays free for as long as you do not ask us to remove it.
